At a minimum, assess indoor air quality, capacity per occupied room and home, renovation in occupied conditions, shafts and ceiling space, facade options, extraction from the kitchen and wet rooms, noise, fire safety, maintenance, monitoring, phasing and total lifecycle costs. Compare central, decentralised and any hybrid variants using the same starting points.
