Villea Care-Ready Homes
A custom-built home for informal care
Villea constructs fully customized homes for informal care at its own workshop in Wijk en Aalburg. The layout, finishes, and amenities are tailored to the specific wishes of the residents. An in-house team manages the entire process, from initial design through to installation and final finishing. Fits in any interior
The ‘invisible’ Fresh-r. Fully installed in the wall, with only a small edge visible. An aesthetic highlight without loss of space.
Easy to install
Architects always choose the In-the-Wall. Aesthetically the most beautiful solution. Fresh preheated air exactly where you want it. A healthy and comfortable indoor climate without energy loss.
Everywhere variant for extra extraction
The Fresh-r is installed completely within the wall, and the door can be painted the same color as the wall. If desired, you can also extract air from another room via a duct.
