Appartment building of four floors, where bathrooms and toilets are being renovated and new window frames are being installed. The work is carried out while the building is inhabited by the residents.
The challenge
The renovation had to be carried out quickly and efficiently, including the replacement of the entire facade of both the living room and the bedroom. The focus was on improving comfort and saving energy, with minimal inconvenience for residents as an important condition.
The solution
A new synthetic facade with HR+++ glass has been chosen, featuring a custom-sized opening and an insulated Trespa panel with ducts for the Fresh-r Compac On-the-Wall. The entire facade was replaced within one day, and the installation of the Fresh-r unit took just 30 to 45 minutes. Ventilation in the bedroom and bathroom areas of the apartment is set up in a conventional and demand-controlled manner.
