Vaventis, also known under the brand name Fresh-r, handles the processing of your data with care. As a customer, you can be assured that Vaventis treats your data carefully and that the storage of your data is strictly secured. Below you will find the rules regarding the use of your data. This Privacy Statement applies to all services of Vaventis and explains what we do with your data and what choices you have regarding the use of this data.

For what purposes does Vaventis process data?

Service provision

Vaventis processes your personal and traffic data in order to provide products and services, for example, handling requests, drawing up ventilation plans, making offers, installing, establishing connections, invoicing and checking correct operation, handling any malfunction reports or complaints. Processing this data is necessary for these purposes.

Compliance with legal obligations or at the customer's request

By law, Vaventis is required to retain your data, the so-called retention obligation. In addition, we may need your data for the provision of a service. If a technician visits you, this technician is engaged by Vaventis.

Retention period of personal data

Vaventis does not retain your data longer than is legally permitted and necessary for the realization of the purposes for which your data is processed.

Subscribing and unsubscribing for messages

Vaventis customers can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time for receiving, for example, the email newsletter.

What data does Vaventis process?

Vaventis processes personal data and traffic data of its customers. This data is accessible to Vaventis employees or is processed under the supervision of these employees. If you have obtained a Fresh-r through a reseller, this reseller also has access to the necessary personal data that Vaventis processes about you. The reseller is also bound by this Privacy Statement and will not act in violation of it.

Personal data

Personal data is recorded when you order a product or service, or when you contact Vaventis. This concerns data such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and often also the floor plan or construction drawing of your living space and the intended ventilation plan. Even after you have become a customer of Vaventis, this personal data is processed and enriched, for example, when an offer is made, installation is carried out, a connection is established, invoicing takes place, correct operation is checked, and/or a malfunction is reported and resolved.

Traffic data

The traffic data, i.e., the data that the Fresh-r measures to control the ventilation in the living space(s) and to provide you with insight into the operation of your Fresh-r, can be used to improve the operation of the Fresh-r. If you do not wish this, you can indicate so by sending an email to info@fresh-r.eu

Access to and correction of your personal data

As a customer of Vaventis, you have the right to access and correct the personal data that Vaventis has processed about you. You can easily request access and correction by letter. Please include your name, address, and telephone number in the letter and send it together with a copy of a valid ID to Vaventis BV, De Plooij 6, 7548 CV, Enschede.

Dutch Data Protection Authority

Vaventis has registered the processing of personal data with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (CBP). The corresponding registration number is FG007475.
