Why doesn't smart ventilation wait until the CO2 target value is reached?

CO2 responds with a delay: once the value is high, it takes time for the concentration to fall again. A smart control system can therefore scale up earlier and gradually as CO2 rises, so the desired value is not unnecessarily exceeded. As the load decreases, the airflow can also be scaled back down smoothly.
