Can the Fresh-r Compac supply the air for a wood stove or extractor hood?

No, not as a replacement for a separate provision. The Fresh-r Compac supplies fresh air for the balanced ventilation of the home or room, with heat recovery. In doing so, it also extracts a comparable amount of used air.

A wood stove without its own outdoor air connection and an extractor hood venting outside cause exactly this kind of extra, unbalanced extraction. A separate, sufficiently sized air supply must therefore be included in the design for this.
