Beautiful bungalow from the 1980s with a spacious garden, inhabited by a couple who will soon retire. The house features a spacious, attractively furnished living room and has been made more sustainable in various ways over the past few years.
The aim was to take the next step in sustainability and improve the indoor climate. The existing ventilation had not been modified since the building was constructed, while new windows and frames had been installed without ventilation grilles. At the same time, there was no need for a major renovation.
Due to the limited cavity width, it was not possible to use an In-the-Wall solution. In addition, the residents preferred a simple and quick installation. Therefore, an On-the-Wall unit was chosen, which was installed in about two hours. The drilling was carried out from the outside to minimize disturbance inside the home. The unit is positioned low, making it less noticeable and visually largely hidden behind a large plant.
The basic model, the most commonly used because it can be installed anywhere. Bring fresh air and energy savings into your home efficiently and easily!
Can be installed by one person. Just two 130 mm holes through the wall. Drilling template, all mounting materials, and pipes including insulation are supplied. Commissioning not required.
