Energy-efficient homes with additional insulation measures, focused on a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.
Minimizing heat loss to enable low-temperature heating, combined with the desire for extra comfort through active cooling in the summer using energy from PV panels. The starting point was that windows remain closed to prevent energy waste.
The homes are equipped with heating and cooling via an air conditioner or air-to-air heat pump. Decentralized ventilation with heat and cold recovery ensures that energy loss is greatly reduced in both winter and summer. Additionally, inner walls have been installed and the (partially thin) cavity wall has been filled with extra insulation material. The Fresh-r Compac units are largely integrated into the wall, resulting in an efficient and visually calm solution.

This Fresh-r can be partially built into the wall. Ideal for a shallow cavity or when a secondary insulation wall is used.
A mold-free, healthy, and comfortable home. Plenty of ventilation volume and heat recovery with a modest appearance; protrudes only 6 cm from the wall.
